Very pretty top made by Morbid Threads of Hot Topic.  This shirt has a whole lot of detail that oyu need to see in person.  The waist ties with a sweet little bow and the straps are adjustable.  It is labeled a size XS and is pretty true to that.  Is best for a 32A or B with a waist up to 30".
