Layaway Payment Option Terms

We are very happy to now be able to offer our customers a Layaway Payment Option so that you can get all the hot clothes you want and not create debt for yourself!

We have these Layaway Payment Options Available:

*Weekly Payments:

-4 week term (four additional weekly payments after your initial 25% down payment)

-8 week term (eight additional weekly payments after your initial 25% down payment)

-12 weeks term (twelve additional weekly payments after your initial 25% down payment)

*Monthly Payments:

-8 week term (two additional monthly payments after your initial 25% down payment)

-12 week term (three additional monthly payments after your initial 25% down payment)

All Layaway Payment Options require a down payment of 25% of your total order, including shipping and tax (if applicable), at the time you place your order, plus a $3 layaway fee.

Then the remainder of your balance will be divided into equal payments and you will automatically receive invoices for the remaining payments.

*You can make payments early and even pay off your layaway order early, if you would like, by logging onto your account and going into your Account History and clicking on your layaway order. Then, click the button that says "view".

*Next, scroll down to Layaway Details and you will see text that says “click here” to make a payment. Click on the text and then fill in the amount you want to pay in the provided payment box and submit your payment.

Your layaway order must be paid off completely at the time of your last invoice date (if you are paying via money order or calling in your credit card information, we allow the standard given time period to receive the payment). If you do not pay off your layaway by the final due date your order will become void. At this time you will not be elgible to receive a refund of money already paid toward your layaway order and the merchandise will be returned to inventory.

You do have 7 days from the time you place your layaway order to cancel it and receive a refund of any money you have paid towards it.

Your order will ship out in 1-3 days after we have received the last payment on your layaway order. If any of the items in your order do not fit as you expected them to, you have 7 days to contact us and arrange for an exchange. In the event we do not have the size you need in stock you can choose a different item or we will issue you a store credit.
