This is made by Emily Strange with a tag on the inside that reads "Who is the Strangest of Them All". The front patch is very Misfits like .  There is a double belt that snaps together and has silver studs with emily embossed on them. They are about 12" long and zip at the side.

The skirt gets its "poofiness" by an elastic band that is sewn on the inside in the middle of the ruffled portion.

Pay attention to the hip sizes on this one, it is that that really determines what size will fit you.
