This is a gorgeous shirt! It has a satiny feel. It wraps in the front & snaps into place and ties on the inside. The hem line has a pretty ruffle effect on it. The sleeves have a graduated bell. It comes with a belt made of the same material which is detachable. It looks great either way. It is not too low cut.
