This elegant gothic diva skirt has white corset lacing laced through metal D-rings in the front that can be cinched up to create an hour glass figure.  There is black corset lacing laced through metal gromets in the back and is meant to stay as is and the skirt has an open v under the lacing.

The skirt is high waisted. It coms up approximately 4" above the natural waist.  It is 100% cotton and is not stretchy. It has a black lining and two small 3" slits that come up from the hem in the front on the left and right sides.
